Texas Brain Injury Alliance is always searching for volunteers who are dedicated to helping individuals with brain injuries, their families, and caregivers. At TexasBIA, we believe in the promotion of brain injury awareness, education, prevention, and support. Join us!

Volunteer Requirements

Board of Directors

• Required 75% participation of all Alliance events
• Required to attend 75% of meetings (not to exceed more than 3 absences in a 12 month period)
• Required to participate in at least 1 committee but no more than 3 committees
• Required to attend and volunteer at the annual statewide conference
• Voting member

Advisory Board

• Required 50% participation of all Alliance events
• Highly encouraged to attend all Board meetings either in person or via teleconference
• Highly encouraged committee participation
• Required to attend and volunteer at the annual statewide conference
• Non-voting member
